TUMBY BAY AND CUMMINS HOSPITALS – AGED CARE ACCOMMODATION UPGRADE

Works includes: Tumby Bay Hospital: Accommodation for 12 residents including 282m2 of new single storey construction of bedrooms and lounge and internal alterations of 442m2, comprising concrete slabs, veneer walls and steel roof, plus associated work and site works. Cummins Hospital: Accommodation for 8 residents including 1904m2 of new single storey construction of bedrooms of 194m2 and internal alterations of 218m2, comprising concrete slabs, brick veneer walls and steel roof, plus associated work and site works. The projects will be undertaken concurrently and both comprise two stages, with the bulk of new work in Stage 1 for each site. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 2 at the time of tender close. Tenderers are advised that Upskill SA requirements will apply to this contract. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
