PTA requires enhancements to its ServiceNow capability; Change Management, Risk Assessment enhancementsSecurity Operations, Security Incident Response Change Management, Risk Assessment Enhancements Scope: Amendments to PTA?s existing Change Management Risk Assessment and to the approval workflow. This includes: An additional Technical review (Architecture review) for Change Requests meeting specified conditions.Improved compliance for supporting documentationAbility to capture Risk Mitigation (based on/ similar to the ?Risk? used in the Project records).Improved links to critical applications and infrastructure (via Service Offerings).Links to CI updates. Security Operations, Security Incident Response Scope: Implementation of ServiceNow SECOPS: Security Incident Response. SIR is the only application we intend to implement from the SecOps module. It will integrate with our Microsoft Sentinel and Tenable systems.
