Description
- This Engineering Consultancy Services is to undertake the detailed design and preparation of the technical specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) necessary for the supply and installation of;
- The new Refurbishment and Maintenance Building, inclusive of its internal infrastructure (i.e. overhead walkway) as well as its supporting infrastructure such as track (referred to as the Refurbishment and Maintenance Building Road) and turnouts, OLE, civil components (i.e. the external hard-stand), and services (mechanical / hydraulics, water, stormwater, LV electrical etc.);
- Upgrades of the existing fire protection and detection systems, inclusive of any fire hydrant system upgrades;
- The upgrade of the existing trade waste facility services;
- A new unwired road with 200m standing room.
