Tourism WA has a flagship website, www.westernaustralia.com (WA.com), the purpose of which is to provide consumers with information relevant to their needs at the planning and anticipation stages of the consumer journey. This information on WA.com includes listings of tourism products sourced from the Australia Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW), a national database containing over 3,300 tourism records relating to Western Australia. Listings for the following categories are available in the database: accommodation, attractions, destination information, events, tours, retail, information services, transport and products for hire.
Tourism WA is seeking to appoint a suitable Respondent to provide the following services;
Database management of the Western Australian tourism listings in the ATDW
Operator communications / support
Meetings and reporting
