Girraween National Park - Visitor Centre & Office Upgrades - Principal Contractor

The Department of Environment, Science and Innovation, Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service and Partnerships (QPWS&P) invites suitably qualified suppliers to submit an offer for DES1242062 - Girraween National Park – Visitor Centre & Office Upgrades – Principal Contractor.

QPWS&P are seeking to engage a suitably Principal Contractor to deliver the visitor centre and office upgrades. The objective of this project is to provide visitors to Girraween National Park with the facilities worthy of a priority park and future-proof the carpark capacity, the office and the visitor centre.

Eligibility requires at a minimum the following:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders Licence to undertake the scope of works
• Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
• Minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 2 (Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to consider or accept a Tender unless the Tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for the PQC Level required (or higher) at the time of closer of tender.)
