Australian Taxation Office
Indigenous Property Project Management (IPPM) Services
Details
Description
This Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is conducting an Approach to Market (ATM) process to establish a panel for the provision of Indigenous Property Project Management (IPPM) Services.
Establishing a panel for Indigenous Property Project Management (IPPM) Services will provide the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and all Commonwealth agencies the opportunity to engage with and support the growth of Indigenous Businesses and their communities nation-wide.
The IPPM panel will provide a list of pre-qualified suppliers, who may wish to participate in future procurement processes for the delivery of Property Project Management Services (Services) including management of the project deliverables and provision of management of subcontractors and goods required to deliver the Services to the ATO and other Commonwealth entities (through multi-agency access provisions).
The IPPM panel will be exclusive to Indigenous businesses and suppliers interested in joining the panel are required to identify as an Indigenous Business in accordance with the Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP) of being at least 50% or more Indigenous owned and managed. It is anticipated that the resulting panel of suppliers will be established for a minimum of 18 months, to 30 June 2018. Further extension periods may be available.
The IPPM panel property related project management services will include, but not limited to;
• Fit out/relocation of offices
• Design, procurement and installation of workstations
• Procurement of and install loose furniture
• Provision of data cabling services
• Provision of electrical and mechanical services
• Procurement and installation of plant and equipment, including, but not limited to supplementary air conditioning units
• Major re-fit out of complete floors and buildings
Suppliers are invited to apply for provision of property related project management service nationally or individual capital cities.
Industry Briefings will be made available from 17-21 October 2016 via phone or face-to-face on ATO premises (primarily in Canberra, ACT). Registration details and more information can be found by downloading the Approach to Market (ATM) documentation suite found here on AusTender.
If you have any questions or require more information please feel free to contact [email hidden].
Kind regards,
The ATO IPPM Panel Team
