EDRMS Request for Tender

ASQA's Request for tender for the following services:

• Provision of an enterprise-wide EDRMS that complies with National Archives of Australia (NAA) standards and guidelines
• Implementation services for the design and configuration of the EDRMS and associated training to support approximately 212 users Australia wide.
• Provision of EDRMS application support services to onitor the health of the application and provide the necessary maintenance and upgrades to the EDRMS for a period from the 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2018
• Provision of integration components that enable integration to line-of-business applications such as customer relationship management and case management and ASQA's Standard Operating Environment

It is expected that EDRMS will support document workflow to manage selected core business and administrative processes including commissioner correspondence, investigations, compliance auditing and procurement.

The system will also need to provide seamless integration with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows Explorer to ensure information is saved and managed in the EDRM system and enable the migration of information into the system.
