Description
This project involves refurbishments of Q Stores, a Depot Headquarters Store, and JLU Warehouse at Puckapunyal Military Area. The work involves,
Architectural - patch and paint, floor covering replacement, bi-fold vehicle door replacement with motorised roller doors, reapplying pedestrian markings, replace roof skylights, and build steel overhead shelter for path,
Fire - rehang exit doors to swing correctly, configure new door hardware, update springer system and provide new block plan, install red light and “FIRE” sign, undertake a hazardous area audit.
Mechanical - disconnect and demolish existing split air conditioning units, provide and install new units.
