Fraud Management Solution

The Department has identified a need to procure a credit card fraud management software solution. The solution should assist the efficient, effective and secure operation of the revenue collection streams that facilitate payments for individuals, and trade across Australia’s borders. A Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) credit card fraud software solution, is sought as the preferred option, to provide assurance and confidence through a product with demonstrated market maturity. This product will provide security in terms of protection against credit card fraud, and reduce risk, particularly in the online, card not present, context.
