Description
Refurbishment works of 4 LIA Buildings at HMAS Stirling.
Works include but not limitated to;
Painting and patching all internal and external painted surfaces; replacing worn carpets; replacing bedroom doors to common corridors and providing DDA compliant hardware; refurbishing all bathrooms and laundries including tiling, tapware, basins and joinery; refurbishing all bedrooms replacing all built in joinery and furniture with new; servicing all aluminium windows and doors, replacing flyscreens with aluminium security screens; replacing all internal and external lighting with LED; replacing wall heaters; replacing bathroom exhaust systems and providing new laundry exhaust systems; inspecting roofs for leaks and replacing broken tiles.
