RFT PRO3516 - Construction of a New Sensory Classroom - Warnbro Community High School
BACKGROUND - Programmed Facility Management (PFM) on behalf of the Building Management and Works (BMW) and Department of Education (DoE) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Construction of a New Sensory Classroom at Warnbro Community High School.
EXPECTATION - Delivery of the Works is expected to be completed by Tuesday, 27th of September 2016.
PREREQUISITE - It is a prerequisite for the experienced qualified building organisation to have:
- Demonstrated paramount experience in respect to the construction of a sensory classroom at least within the last three (3) years;
- Demonstrated successful experience in coordinating various nominated subcontractors; and
- A representative who is accessible and fluent in English as well as technical terminology.
