Provision of Integrated Project Management Office Services for the Perth Children's Hospital Transition and Commissioning

The Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH) Commissioning and Transition Taskforce (Taskforce) in WA Health requires an Integrated Program Management Office (IPMO) to prepare consolidated reporting and provide independent management advice on the delivery of the PCH commissioning and transition. The Contractor will be required to work collaboratively with two existing PCH Project Management Offices (PMOs), one managed by WA Health and the other by the Department of Treasury – Strategic Projects and Asset Sales to produce an integrated approach to managing program delivery. The Contractor will need to be able to understand and integrate a variety of project management data bases such as but not limited to, Microsoft Project, Primavera and Quick base.
