15028 Human Resource Management Information Solution as Software as a Service (SaaS)

The Customer seeks a contemporary, highly configurable/ user friendly HRMIS comprising core payroll and Human Resource Management features.
The Department is seeking sustained value for money, delivery of required functionality and a long term commitment to supporting the HR function of the Department. .
The solution shall be delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS).
The Customer prefers a model whereby all HR Payroll transactions are completed by the Department’s personnel with processing of payroll (running the pay) and distribution of funds undertaken by the successful Respondent.
The Department has a strong preference for the provision of a core solution plus additional functionality including:
• Induction and off-boarding management;
• Performance Management;
• Learning Management; and
• Safety, Health and Wellbeing.
