The Provider will deliver flexible inperson and virtual coaching, workshops, advisory services, and supporting tools aimed at strengthening the capability of our People Leaders. These services will enable our People Leaders to apply effective decisionmaking, enhance team dynamics, and support organisational change. The Provider will monitor, measure, and report on outcomes to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of the services delivered.
