The works include upgrading and formalising the existing car park to include a 30mm asphalt running surface, provision of 41 car bays, two universal access bays and two long vehicle bays. The car park will use water sensitive urban design principles, capturing stormwater to augment future landscape planting between and surrounding the parking area.
