Upgrade to the main thermal plant including the installation of chillers and cooling towers (Chillers and Cooling Towers supplied by Principal) together with associated modifications to pipe work systems, controls and electrical. Also included is an upgrade of control valves and associated controls hardware and software systems for all air-handling units within the building. Prequalification Category 2 - Trade Contractor Mechanical applies.
