Rochedale State High Sshool ? Amphitheatre (With Design Responsibility)

Tenderers please note -- this is a budget constrained project and if the scope below cannot be delivered for less than $225K (incl GST), Tenderers are to provide details of the value management to be applied reducing the scope to fit within the budget parameters.

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Amphitheatre at Rochedale SHS, located at 249 Priestdale Rd, Rochedale QLD 4123, as part of the School Direct program.

The scope includes sandstone terracing with artificial turf infills to the existing landscaped area between two buildings in addition to low level lighting along terraces and stairs. The location of the works is in the middle of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by August 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 million
