Provision of Prospector and AvonLink On-Train and Ancillary Services

Transwa require a Contractor to provide on-train services for the Prospector, AvonLink and MerredinLink services, including but not limited to:

a) hospitality staff with excellent customer service skills;

b) quality meals and refreshments;

c) assistance with luggage;

d) promote Transwa passenger services and image with a seamless presentation;

e) collection of appropriate fares; and

f) in conjunction with the Transwa Railcar Driver, ensure efficient and safe operations.

Transwa Also require a Contractor to provide to provide cleaning and ancillary services at Merredin Station.

Additionally, as part of this Contract, Transwa require the Contractor to provide relief Station Attendants at its terminals in East Perth and Bunbury.
