Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Refurbishment at the following property.

The scope of work also includes the following clarifications:
• Living room tiled area and kitchen has a 5 – 10 mm difference and will require allowance to be made for providing underlay for the vinyl to be installed with minimise deviation. – Allow for flooring underlay to approx. 5 mm thickness approx. 20m2
• Eave lining is significantly water damaged caused from leaking downpipes and gutters, one section has misaligned and susceptive to failure. Approx. 22 lineal metres, affected TBC – Allow to remove and replace include test and report, Provide PS for ACM removal as
• Roof has significant deterioration in multiple areas; Ridge capping requires repointing throughout – Allow Roof Report – Allow Provisional Sum for Complete roof Maintenance as require remove and replace ridge capping. PS $5000.
Provide option to clean, seal and paint roof tiles throughout.
• Gutters and downpipes require maintenance or replacement - Provide cost for replacement of Gutters throughout and reinstatement of gutters to external of the eaves. Ensure allowance of to facilitate repairs
