Description
METRONET is in the process of undertaking the development and analysis of Engineering and Land Use Planning (ELUP) options for the proposed METRONET Projects and in the process of completing the Business Case documents. Given the fast tracked time frame of these projects and the complexity in their planning and design METRONET requires the services of a skilled and capable Constructability and Maintainability Consultant to assist with the development and review of the designs while being cognisant of Constructability and Maintainability that are applicable throughout the design stages. The constructability advice is required to inform land requirements and cost estimations at various stages of the process.
