Description
The Office of Local Government (OLG) is seeking to engage a qualified provider/s to conduct a comprehensive review of all municipal services provided by the District Council of Coober Pedy (the Council), and / or to review the Council’s infrastructure and Asset Management Plan.
The municipal services review will also involve engagement with the Coober Pedy community to ensure that all ratepayers clearly understand which services the Council can sustainably provide within the revenue generated from council rates. Outcomes of the review will include a service level policy that outlines how the Council can operate in a financially sustainable manner, as well as an updated infrastructure and asset management plan.
