Sheffield to Devonport General Access Bus Service (Kentish Bus Service)

The Department of State Growth (the Department) seeks to engage an accredited operator to deliver a general access bus service between Sheffield and Devonport (via Railton and Latrobe). It is anticipated that the term of the engagement will commence on 19 January 2020 for an initial period of five years, with an option to extend by a further five years.

The Department will initially require three return journeys (weekdays) and two return journeys (Saturdays) with no services required on Sundays or public holidays. From 19 April 2020, the Department expects to implement a new timetable requiring three return journeys daily (including weekends and public holidays). Tenderers must have the capability to deliver the required number of services.
