The Consultant shall be responsible for all project management and site investigation including the following services: a locator service for underground lines at the selected sites; excavation of the 2 test pits, ground reinstatement; traffic management; a qualified European heritage consultant and an Aboriginal heritage officer. The Consutlant's responsibilities shall include the supervision and direction of all excavation; all archaeological excavation; documentation of the process and findings; recovery of significant artefacts and their cleaning, analysis, curation and documentation; and a full report.
