MARKETING SPECIALIST, KILBURN SOUTH URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT

The SA Housing Trust is undertaking an urban renewal project involving 275 Trust houses located to the south of the suburb of Kilburn. The essence of this project is the transformation of ageing, high maintenance public housing stock into private and public new and refurbished housing, accompanied by an improved local amenity and infrastructure. The redevelopment project has been endorsed by the City of Port Adelaide Enfield and is generally supported by the local community. The Trust requires a marketing specialist who has demonstrated experience in marketing residential urban development projects to join the project team to develop and implement a marketing plan to ensure the project is effectively and efficiently marketed. Detailed knowledge and substantial experience in the project management of marketing activities is also essential.
