Description
The Bureau has approximately 40 Polycom video-conferencing devices (inclusive of endpoints, gateways and bridges) which allows stakeholders from different locations to collaborate face-to-face and transmit a wide range of information including data, documents and images that further enhances operational efficiencies.
With over 50 video conferences conducted every month amongst both internal and with external stakeholders, there is a requirement for the supply, maintenance and support services for the Bureau’s existing Polycom video-conferencing equipment.
The objective is to engage a certified Polycom Partner with superior product knowledge to deliver seamless technical support services as well as the supply of additional Polycom equipment.
