Description

The Department of Finance and Deregulation is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Start-up Consultants to provide a Concept Design and Feasibility Study for the proposed Commonwealth Law Courts facility in Newcastle, New South Wales.

The Commonwealth Law Courts facility in Newcastle plans to address the long-term accommodation needs of the Commonwealth Law Courts in Newcastle. The building will provide a dedicated, centrally located facility for the public, litigants, practitioners and the Commonwealth courts in Newcastle.

The Concept Design and Feasibility Study will include, among other services:
• Land/property identification, analysis and due diligence
• Feasibility analysis and financial modelling of delivery options;
• Functional Users Requirements Brief;
• Functional Design and Concept Design Briefs;
• Project Delivery Strategy;
• Project Master Plan; and
• Management of Stakeholder Approvals.

This is a single stage Request for Tender (RFT) process. Tenderers will be assessed on their response to the criteria detailed in the RFT documentation and by the value for money that the Tender provides for the Commonwealth.
