SAP Financials Upgrade

Upgrade the Tribunal's SAP Financials Upgrade from its current version, 3.1H incorporating the Australian Government Template to version ECC6 incorporating the Industry Solution Public Sector.

This is predominantly a technical upgrade only, any 'quick-win' functional enhancements will only be considered if they do not extend the length or cost of the project in any significant way. Any SAP functionality that has been moved to different modules within ECC6 will need to be remapped as part of scope.

All SAP licenses will be acquired directly from SAP by the Tribunal. Hardware platform specifications should be included, but the Tribunal reserves the right to source appropriate hardware through its own suppliers.

This RFT is being distributed as an Open tender. Based on the responses to the RFT, the solutions will be ranked and the Tribunal will make a selection, with the intention of finalising its Vendor Recommendation by 22nd February 2010.

The AAT have a stated objective of completing the upgrade by 30th June 2010 if possible. Vendors are requested to comment on the feasibility of this deadline.

NOTE:A supplementary document containing more detailed hardware, usage and transactional volume data was added to the Tribunal's website on January 13, 2010. Prieviously released documents remain unchanged.
