The refurbishment of the existing Building A018 at Kokoda Barracks, Canungra in order to deliver a Deployed Unit facility and a commercial precinct for the on-base Canteen, Bank and Barber Shop.
The refurbishment of the existing Building A018 including demolition works, new shop fronts, internal fit-out, building shells to some tenancies for specialized fit-out by the tenant, and external works such as paths, stairs, cold rooms in support of the internal refurbishment.
