The objective of the Retention and Motivation lnitiative (RMI) Contract is to provide flying assets with the necessary maintenance/engineering and organisational structure to sustain the designated flying Rate of Effort (ROE), as detailed in the Statement of Work. These aircraft shall be provided and maintained at the Naval Air Station Nowra, NSW 2540
