Description
Expressions of interest are invited for the supply, and set up for a computer data-based contracts management system. The system must be capable of tracking payments and retentions, managing insurances and gfenerating standard documentation (such as cetificates of practical completion, defects notices etc). The Council currently maintains a simple Access data base to manage some of the simple functions.
