Description
The Kilburn South Urban Renewal Project is an exciting project involving the transformation of 275 ageing public housing stock into upgraded housing and a variety of new allotments for new private and public housing.
The South Australian Housing Trust requires up to three (3) residential building construction organisations to market and construct quality residential housing as House and Land Packages for private purchasers as part of the redevelopment strategy for Kilburn South.
Substantial experience in the house and land package marketing and construction with a focus on modern quality design and built form is essential.
