Bitumen Services Resources

The purpose of this invitation to offer is related to the provision of Bitumen Services Resources for the 2010_2011 Capricornia NDRRA & RIP Program of works. It's envisaged that there will be 4 regional work areas Rockhampton, Gladstone, Emerald and Miriam Vale in delivery of the program. The bitumen services works relate to pavement stabilisation operations that are due to commence from the 22nd November in the Emerald area until 17 December, recommencing on 10 January 2011. Other work would commence in the Rockhampton and Emerald (Injune) areas from the 10 January. RoadTek plans to have a Christmas closedown period from 18 Dec 2010 to 9 Jan 2011.

Given our current program, we are offering works until the end of June 2011. This equates to approx. 110 days where Bitumen Services Resources will be required for deployment at either or both of the pavement stabilisation operations being performed within the 4 regions. All resources offers are to be capable of performing to the requirements of MRTS Main Roads Technical Specifications.

• Construction Worker / labourer
• Aggregate Loader
• Aggregate Chip Spreader
• Automated Cockerill Spreader
• Tip truck and Tag Trailer
• Job truck
• Multi tyred roller
• Tractor and power broom
• Bitumen Transporter
• On site tanker (dog)
• Accommodation
• Other available resources
