Russell Island State School SIE 6 x Teaching Space Refurbishments with Design Responsibility

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment works to 6 GLA spaces at Russell Island State School, located at 38-64 High Street, Russell Island Qld 4184 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement program (SIE).

Refurbishment works consist of painting, minor construction works, new joinery, new flooring, fans and lighting replacement within each of the 6 teaching spaces. Due to the teaching blocks being in use until 14 December 2018, works are to commence from 17 December 2018 onward and are to be completed 22 January 2019 for the new school year.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
