Description
James Cook University (JCU) invites you to submit an offer for the refurbishment and services upgrade of Building 27 at JCU’s Bebegu Yumab Campus, Townsville. The Building 27 refurbishment is to be delivered under a Lump Sum Design and Construct (D&C) model based on 50% Developed Design (DD) noting some trades have not had documentation developed and will be considered as Provisional Sums.
the comprehensive reconfiguration and refurbishment of Building 27 will maximise occupancy by staff and students and create modern, flexible and amenity spaces to support the needs of academic and professional staff as the University evolves and grows.
The Principal Project Requirements (PPR), PPR Annexures 01, 02, 03 , Tender Documents, AS4902 Contract & FIO, Design Documentation and the Returnable Schedule applicable for this project have been issued with this RFT. All communications, correspondence and questions during the tender period are to submitted through QTendes.
