General Requirements The Supplier is required to supply and install new, advanced, high-efficiency equipment for continuous, high-volume healthcare linen operations. The equipment must provide improved performance in throughput, energy efficiency, reliability, and operator ergonomics, and be suitable for installation within the existing on-site space and service connections, as confirmed during the site inspection. The Supplier is also responsible for the decommissioning, removal, and lawful disposal or trade-in of the existing equipment, including all associated waste materials. Specific site requirements include: Parramatta Linen Services (PLS): Decommission and remove Blanket Folders #1 and #2, and install the replacement blanket folder. Newcastle Linen Services (NLS): Decommission and remove Blanket Folder #3, and install the replacement blanket folder. Full details are provided in the Specifications document.
