The Department of Communities (Disability and Community Care Services) requires the services of a suitably qualified person or organisation to undertake research evaluating the Transitional Recovery Program, Resident Recovery Program and the Transition from Correctional Facilities Program. The evaluation will fulfil the department’s commitment to evaluate the initiatives of the Queensland Plan for Mental Health 2007-2017.
