Description
The Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC, the Customer) requires a Contractor with appropriately registered psychologists under the Psychology Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP program will be available to approximately 1000 employees, and their immediate family members, in the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, Ministerial Offices and Parliamentary Electorate Offices that are located across over 100 sites in Western Australia.
The Contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive psychological and counselling service to employees and their immediate family members as required under DPC’s EAP program. The Contractor should also have a manager support service and be able to supply Critical Incident Stress Debriefing.
The Contractor must be able to service sites in the Perth metropolitan area and regional sites in Western Australia.
