Excavated Material Assessment and Management Support

To support the effective assessment and management of excavated material during project planning and construction, the PTA requires the services of a specialised environmental consultant to guide the PTA and its project delivery contractors with effective and compliant assessment, excavation, storage, re-use or disposal of soil and groundwater encountered during construction in accordance with legislation and regulations and procedures. The consultant will be required to provide ad-hoc advice, technical review of contractor reporting, participate in PTA and contractor project meetings to discuss and agree to practical solutions and management approaches. The consultant will also be required to carry out site inspections during high risk construction activities and support with material characterisation and validation soil and groundwater sampling as required and directed by the PTA.
