The Gap State High School SIE Art Block Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment works to the Art Block at The Gap State School, located at 1020 Waterworks Road, The Gap Qld 4061 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The works includes internal refurbishment of existing art rooms, new lights, fans, ceilings and wall linings as well as external stormwater and landscaping works. All works are to be completed by the 25 January 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligible contractors who meet the minimum requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
