T00578 - Demolition of Cold Stores Jetty

The Port of Townsville Limited is seeking Proposals for the Demolition of Cold Stores Jetty located in Ross Creek Townsville.

Depending on requirements these works specifically include:

• Demolitation of steel piled concrete wharf structure and associated fender and mooring piles.
• Removal and disposal of all jetty accessories including safety ladders, electrical and water reticulations.
• Crushing of demolished concrete elements, and reoval of the crushed concrete to a stockpiling area inside the Port compound.
• Apporpriate disposal of all other demolished materials.
• Supply and installation of 775mm x 350mm reinfirced concrete upstand.
• Reinstatment of the existing fence after completion of the works.
