Whites Hill State College - Disability Access (Stage 5) (With Design) - (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of DDA Access to Whites Hill SC school campus, located at 138 Burn St, Camp Hill QLD 4152.

The works include the construction of new ramps, a lift and a refurbishment of existing PWD amenities. Works are to be completed in two different stages.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
