RFT0080 - Rainbow Beach Electrical Undergrounding and Lighting

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for:

- supply and installation of underground work elements associated with undergrounding of Energex power lines

- supply and installation of new street lighting components including associated electrical and telecommunications provisions.

The works are located in the town centre of Rainbow Beach.

Contractors must be Energex accredited service providers for Energex Works Categories WCS2 and WCS61, 61.1 and 61.2.

Tenderers must be registered with the Queensland Government QTender site to be able to download documents, request information and submit a Tender.

Suitably endorsed Tenders close at the below website address at 2pm on 18 July 2019. In accordance with s228(8) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Regulation), Council may decide not to accept any tenders it receives.

In accordance with s288(9) of the Regulation any accepted tender must be the one deemed most advantageous to Council. It is noted that the lowest price tender may not be the most advantageous.

There is no site inspection for this Request for Tender.
