Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Overland Flow & Drainage Rectifications project at Gumdale State School, located at 677 New Cleveland Road Gumdale QLD 4154 as part of the Targeted Maintenance (TMP) program.
The scope includes the design and construction for the proposed Overland Flow & Drainage Rectifications. All works are to be completed by June 2023.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
