Particulars
The BDA tenancy on Ground and L7 at 50 Belmore Street Penrith requires mandatory and programmed preventative maintenance on the services within the tenancy including; mechanical, BMS, fire, electrical and hydraulic systems. The above-mentioned services will also require reactive service calls intermittently. Pricing was procured from 3 separate contractors with HIX Group providing the most comprehensive proposal to meet the needs of the BDA at 50 Belmore. HIX Group are a local contractor that can also provide this service for First Building Bradfield, they are on the Whole of Government contract
