Particulars
Design & Construction package to deliver two (2) complete two bedroom homes, meet the Livable Housing Australia (LHA) silver level housing standard and provide associated site works. A phased program will be required as the lot is currently occupied with a tenanted single storey home. It is the contractor’s full responsibility to deliver a successful transition of moving the tenant into one of the completed homes (decanting strategy), the demolition of the existing single storey home onsite (once tenant is safely moved into the first completed dwelling).
