Description
The Economic Regulation Authority (the Customer) requires a consultant to provide technical advice on capital and operating expenditure evaluations and other matters to assist with the assessment of proposed revisions to the access arrangement for the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline (DBNGP). The Customer’s assessment will commence once the DBNGP service provider, Dampier to Bunbury Pipeline (DBP), submits its revised access arrangement proposal to the Customer.
The Contractor will be required to have a detailed understanding of industry best practice, applicable legislation, precedent relevant to regulated energy infrastructure in Australia and elsewhere.
