Description
The project consists of four separate electrical distribution power line projects located in the Anagu Pitjantjatjara Lands which are located in the North West of South Australia. The work will take place in or adjacent to the Amata and Umuwa Aboriginal Community townships which are located approximately 1400km north west of Adelaide in the Musgrave Ranges. Three of the projects will provide grid electrical power to remote homeland communities and the fourth project consists of high voltage feeder reinforcement at Amata. Description of work required: - SWER extension to Davids Well Homeland (near Umuwa) - 33kV extension to Watinuma Homeland (SW of Umuwa) - SWER extension to Katjikuta Homeland (East of Amata) - Installation of 11kV tie feeder – Amata Community Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified Electrical – High Voltage Cabling Trade Contractors in Category 4 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
