Description
You are invited to submit a proposal for the scope of work outlined in this Request for Proposal, including:
• the delivery, installation, implementation, support and training of a Budget Tools System, using existing DFEEST architecture, which would replace the current Budget Template by 31 May 2010;
• provision of functionality in the following areas:
o Assumptions and Parameters
o Revenue Planner
o Staff Planner
o Goods and Services Planner
o Overhead Allocations
o Cashflow
o Top Down Budgeting
o Consolidation
o Outputs
o Scenarios and Budget Revisions
o Capital Budgeting
o General Requirements;
• the development of interfaces with current internal DFEEST systems; and,
• provision of ongoing system support and maintenance.
