Description
The purpose of this project is to provide a new office building with administration area, operations control room, staff working facilities, meeting room, showers, lockers and change area, comms rooms, laundry area, safety store, kitchenette and car parking. The proposed design is a single level commercial office of lightweight construction and will be raised on posts. The contractor will also be required to demolish the existing buildings.
