Description
Both of the chillers in Building T3003 that supply chilled water to the air handling units in buildings T3086 and T3000 are at the end of their economical service life.
This project includes the complete replacement of the two existing chillers inside Building T3003, including minor electrical and structural modifications. A temporary chiller is required to be installed throughout the duration of the works, as the air-conditioning system cannot be offline for any period of time.
